The Farnum gang headed to Williamsburg for the Labor Day weekend for a little shopping, golf, and fun in the sun. Elliot was very busy and showed Mimsey and Granddad Cliff all of his new skills - standing (taking a couple of steps), pointing, clapping etc. While Daddy golfed on Saturday and Sunday; Mommy, Mimsey and Elliot went shopping, explored Mimsey's house, took long walks, and made two trips to the pool.
Elliot also tried a few new things over the weekend including riding in Mimsey's golf cart, exploring the beach along the James River, and eating ham.
We drove home Monday morning and spent most of our day playing, napping, and unpacking. Later that afternoon/evening we went to our friend Allie's house to play, party plan, and hang out. Elliot and Allie had lots of fun chasing each other around the house. Elliot really likes his friend Allie and gave her a little hug while they were practicing standing - it was too cute! I forgot my camera but Allie's mom took lots of photos that I'll post soon.
